We couldn’t believe our luck the first time we saw this property. We knew we wanted our children to attend the Grammar Schools in Wilmington and this house meant they could walk there quickly and safely. The position of the house is absolutely wonderful. It is hidden away and the location is not only private, it is also very convenient; in particular for the motorways which are only a few minutes’ drive away. We were also impressed with the size of the house. In particular the living area and bedrooms. We have recently had all the bathrooms and en-suites refurbished. The kitchen is our favourite room. We selected an Italian kitchen with imported marble surfaces. It is an exceptionally well made example and it has been a joy to live with.
